OUR PAYMENT CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Payments and Deposits:
Courses are reserved once a 20% Deposit is received and is due 90 days prior to the scheduled course, training, or lecture. A 50% deposit is due 60 days prior to the scheduled course, training, or lecture(s), at this time we will schedule travel, lodging, etc... Payment in full is due 30 days prior to the scheduled course, training, or lecture date.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If we cancel – FULL REFUND & A DISCOUNT on a future training.
If the client cancels >90 days – REFUND or RESCHEDULE minus admin fee.
If the client cancels 30-90 days – PARTIAL REFUND or RESCHEDULE minus admin fee.
If the client cancels <30 days – NO REFUND and your course payment(s) may be held and applied to a future course or training, as a one-time courtesy, minus admin fees.
DETAILED REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We value and appreciate your time and commitment to excellence and training, as we expect you to value our time and expertise. Given that we sacrifice a large potential income for our staff of highly trained, qualified personnel to provide our trainings, lectures, courses, etc…, we appreciate and expect courteous and timely communication should you need to cancel, reschedule, or rearrange a class, course, lecture, or training. We will, at our discretion, work with your organization to achieve a win – win solution.
While we have never had to cancel a course on our behalf, should the need arise, we will work with the client, and do everything within our power and means to ensure a smooth and timely full refund, or apply all deposits to a future course or training to meet the needs of the client and participants, and offer the future training at a discount, based on the particular circumstances of the situation.
If the client cancels a course or training greater than 90 days before the training is scheduled to begin, we will issue a refund or apply any deposit monies to a future training at our discretion, minus a small administrative fee, based mainly on any cost incurred as we deem appropriate.
If the client cancels a course or training greater than 30 days, but less than 90 days, before the training is scheduled to begin, we will issue a partial refund or apply deposited funds to a future training at our discretion, minus a small administrative fee, and any cost incurred as we deem appropriate.
If the client cancels a course or training less than 30 days before the scheduled course date, there is no refund. Any deposits may, at our discretion, be applied to a future course, as a one-time courtesy, minus administrative and rescheduling fees, based on the particular circumstances of the cancellation. Any deposits, payments, or course credits which at any time violate the above timelines, or are converted to course credits shall remain non-refundable training credits. If the client cancels a second course or training, the training credits may be terminated, upon our discretion regarding the circumstances of the cancellation.
